This is a redevelopment residential scheme with two separate buildings one for sale and other for rehab component. Commercial shops for rehab has been accommodated partly in sale plot as one ground structure and partly in rehab building on the ground floor. The residential towers is developed under 33(10) of the redevelopment DC rules having 1 part basement + Ground + 7 podium parking floors + 8 & 9 amenity floors + 1st to 47th floors as sale building and Ground + 22nd floors as rehab building located at Parel.
Alok's role has been of design management & project co-ordination and review of all submissions given by the consultants for necessary improvements in line with the managements briefs. He has co-ordinated with all the consultants on board viz. design architects, liaison architects, structural, MEP and other consultants connected with the project to ensure necessary timely submissions from respective consultants and ensuring open end communication by arranging regular meetings between directors and the consultants for crucial inputs from top management during the concept, design development and tendering stages.
