This is a redevelopment residential scheme with two separate buildings one for sale component consisting of 3 tower wings and other for rehab component consisting of 7 wings. Commercial shops for rehab has been accommodated in separate commercial structure of Gr + 1. This residential scheme is proposed under 33(10) of the redevelopment DC rules with sale component having 3 towers of Ground + 7 podium parking floors + 8th as amenity floor + 1st to 40th floors and rehab component having 7 wings of Ground + 15 floors located at Sewree division.
Alok's role has been of design management & project co-ordination and review of all submissions given by the consultants for necessary improvements in line with the managements briefs. He has co-ordinated with all the consultants on board viz. design architects, liaison architects, structural, MEP and other consultants connected with the project to ensure necessary timely submissions from respective consultants and ensuring open end communication by arranging regular meetings between directors and the consultants for crucial inputs from top management during the concept, design development stages.
