This project consisted of two buildings of 3 basements and G+3 upper floors with a combined area of about 5 lac sft. on a 4.30 acre plot. There were two separate buildings in this plot. The first building is earmarked for general commercial use with an area of 3.5 lac sft. and the other building was for company’s home solutions products with an area of 1.5 lac sft. The main entrance on ground has a glazed atrium void up to the 3rd floor roof which is a unique feature of both these buildings. All external walls were well utilized for the product display through backlit display boards and LED display screens. Parking were accommodated partly on ground and in the three basements along with the respective services.

For this project Alok and his team worked under the directions of MD of Bentel Associates International to develop the design concept. Alok along with his team produced the design development, good for construction drawings package and the specifications for tendering and collaborated with the façade contractors to develop & finalize the external façade construction details. All meetings with the Reliance personnels and consultants for design co-ordination on-site and off-site were also part of his scope.
