The proposal involved the designing & developing of a Bungalow project for an esteemed client. The area of the Bungalow was about 2500 sq.ft.
The site was facing two roads each of 9 meter width, the main entry was planned diagonally at the junction of the sides of plot facing these two roads. Ground Floor comprised of the living room, kitchen, servant room and two bedrooms, while the first floor comprised of 2 bedrooms and a terrace attached to the master bedroom.
